Service Description

In this hands-on small group workshop, you'll learn about the different varieties of Kimchi, which season of the year to make certain types of Kimchi, and how to salt the cabbage and prepare the paste filling. Best of all, you'll learn how to make your own TongBaechu Kimchi. In-class demonstrations will show how to make three different Kimchi, then you will make your own Baechu Kimchi to take home. Before heading home, we will all enjoy a classic meal that highlights Kimchi pairings.
