A classically trained chef and tea expert, I've always been fascinated by food and tea, from a young age, and how it brings people from different walks of life together.

For over 20 years, I have been sharing my passion for tea and food. Today, I am happy to offer focused hands-on and educational culinary and tea experiences, tea tastings and cooking courses.

Yoon Hee Kim was born in Korea and moved to the United States at the age of nine -- she considers both home. She is a classically trained chef and tea expert. As a tea artist and educator, she has taught tea professionals and enthusiasts throughout the U.S., and abroad. She has also conducted Korean tea ceremonies and curated programs internationally, presenting choreographed performances and educational multi-media presentations to audiences of all sizes and background.
